SKILLED WORKER VISA (previously known as Tier 2)
The Tier 2 (General) visa has now been replaced by the Skilled Worker Visa for all new applications from 01/01/2021
We can assist with extending your Skilled Worker visa or with Settlement/Indefinite Leave to Remain once you have completed 5 continuous years in this category.
Tier 2 Minister of religion
The Tier 2 (Minister of religion) category is for people who have been offered employment or posts or roles within their faith communities in the UK as:
Ministers of religion undertaking preaching and pastoral work; Missionaries; Or members of religious orders.
Tier 2 Sportsperson
The Tier 2 (Sportsperson) category is for elite sportspeople and coaches who are internationally established at the highest level, and will make a significant contribution to the development of their sport. Your application will need to be endorsed by your sport's governing body.
Tier 2 Priority application
The UKVI offer 2 types of Priority applications for Skilled Worker visas
1. Priority Route - The UKVI will aim to make a decision within 5 working days once you have attended a biometric appointment
2. Super Priority - The UKVI will aim to make a decision by the end of the next working day after you have attended a biometric appointment.
